NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Tender Notice No.: HSCC/BU-HP-II/APEX AIIMS/2006 Dated: 23.06.2006

On behalf of “Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, HSCC (India) Ltd. intends to invite sealed tenders for TOPOGRAPHICAL & HYDRO-GEOLOGICAL SURVEY (Approx. land area 100 acres or more) for six AIIMS like apex health care institutes under Pradham Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Rishikesh, Jodhpur & Patna. The cost of tender document & bid security for each location tender is Rs. 1000/- & Rs. 5000/- respectively. Agency should purchase & submit separate tender document for separate location in case interested in the work of more than one location.

Specialized agencies fulfilling the following minimum criteria may apply:

1. Average Annual Turnover (As per audited balance sheet) during last three financial years of not less than Rs. 25 lakhs

2. Successful completion of at least one similar nature of work of value Rs. 8.00 lakhs in a period of 3 months in a single contract during the last five years

Applicants may obtain the Tender documents on any working day between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from 27.06.2006 to 10.07.2006 on written request mentioning clearly name of location, from HSCC at the above address against a non- refundable fee as indicated above payable in cash or in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of HSCC (India) Limited from any Nationalized bank / Scheduled bank payable at New Delhi/NOIDA. Tender document requested by mail shall be promptly dispatched by courier/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 200/-. HSCC will not be responsible for postal delays, if any, in the delivery of the document or non receipt of the same. Tender document in all respect along with bid security must be submitted in sealed envelope, which must be either delivered by hand or by registered mail to HSCC at the above address so as to reach not later than 15:00 hours on 14.07.2006. Applicants may also download the tender documents from the HSCC web site and may submit it along with the appropriate amount of cost of tender document as stated above otherwise the tender would be rejected as non-responsive. HSCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender without assigning any reason thereof.
